Hessah Al Mubarak Residential Towers -PLOT 158&159

The Hessah Al Mubarak development, the land allocation for which stretches 22.7ha, includes 82 plots for residential buildings that boast a mix of high, medium and low-rise apartment buildings and duplexes.

The plots also feature serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, retail shops, food and beverage (F&B) outlets, a mosque, and a multi-storey car park building.

Plots 158 and 159 comprise 12 low-rise buildings, made up of townhouse duplexes. The buildings are spread on both sides of the project’s spine along the plotsm with 48 units in each compound. Both plots will feature 96 townhouse duplexes overall.
